Educational purpose only

The website, assessment, and discovery call provide general wellness education, reflection, and coaching information. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency care, or a clinical assessment.

No patient-provider relationship

Using the website, completing the assessment, receiving a result, sending an email, or booking a discovery call does not create a patient-provider relationship with Zodwa Sayi. A coaching relationship begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

Medical care and emergencies

Do not delay or replace care from your licensed healthcare professional because of information on this website. Contact your own clinician about symptoms, medications, test results, diagnoses, or treatment. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

Assessment results

The assessment is a reflective wellness tool. Results are not validated medical scores, disease-risk predictions, or treatment recommendations. Your result may help you identify a topic for a coaching conversation, but it should not be used to make medical decisions.

Appointments and services

A discovery call is an introductory conversation and does not guarantee that coaching services will be offered. Service scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be provided in a separate coaching agreement before paid work begins. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information, use the website only for lawful personal purposes, and avoid submitting confidential medical records or another person’s information without authority.

Communications

If you request a result, appointment, or response, Zodwa may contact you about that request. Promotional email or text messages will be sent only according to the permissions you provide. You can withdraw marketing permission at any time.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or display services operated by other companies, including Google appointment scheduling. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Zodwa is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of a third-party service.

Intellectual property

The website design, copy, assessment, graphics, brand elements, and other original content belong to Zodwa Sayi or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create derivative materials from the content without written permission.

Website availability

The website may be updated, interrupted, or removed without notice. No promise is made that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided as available for general informational use. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made about completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific wellness outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zodwa Sayi and Zodwa Sayi Lifestyle & Functional Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless a separate signed agreement provides another process.
