A moment to check in

You’re getting everything done. But you don’t quite feel like yourself.

Nothing may feel urgent enough to stop. But enough feels off that you know pushing through is not the answer.

01

Your energy feels borrowed

You make it through the day, but recovery takes longer than it used to.

02

The advice feels fragmented

You have collected plenty of tips, but no one has helped you make sense of the whole picture.

03

Your needs keep moving down the list

Work, family, and responsibility come first. Your health gets whatever is left.

04

You want support, not another rulebook

You are ready for a realistic path built around your life, not someone else's routine.

Why Zodwa

More than wellness advice.

Three layers of experience. One deeply human approach to your health.

Years of listening
Presence changes what care can become.
01Witness

I have seen what happens when health is deferred until crisis.

Nineteen years in nursing, including years beside people facing cancer, taught me that being heard early matters.

02Clinician

I am trained to understand the whole picture, not just one concern.

As a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, I bring a foundation in primary care, prevention, and whole-person health.

03Scientist

I do not just cite the evidence. I help generate it.

My work as an oncology clinical-research sub-investigator keeps my approach curious, rigorous, and grounded in what the evidence can actually support.

Experience you can trust. Support that still feels human.

Health coaching provides education, reflection, and accountability. It does not replace medical care or establish a patient-provider relationship.

The client experience

Not a perfect before-and-after. A steadier way forward.

Meaningful progress begins with feeling heard, understanding what matters, and choosing changes you can actually carry into real life.

01

Feel genuinely heard

There is space to tell the full story—not just the part that fits inside a checklist.

02

See the picture more clearly

Turn scattered information and daily patterns into priorities that feel understandable.

03

Know what to do next

Leave each conversation with a realistic focus instead of another overwhelming rulebook.

04

Build change with support

Practice, reflect, and adjust with steady accountability as life continues to happen.

Meet Zodwa

Science taught me to ask better questions. Nursing taught me to listen first.

For nearly two decades, I have worked beside adults navigating some of life’s hardest health moments. My years in oncology changed how I think about prevention: not as perfection, but as paying attention before a concern becomes a crisis.

Today, I bring that perspective into 1:1 health coaching: a space where your lived experience matters, evidence is treated with care, and change is shaped around your actual life.

Frequently asked questions

A little claritybefore you begin.

If your question is not answered here, the discovery call is a relaxed place to ask it. There is no pressure or obligation.

01

Who is Zodwa’s coaching for?

It is designed for adults—especially busy, high-achieving women—who are ready to stop placing their health last and want thoughtful, whole-person support for creating sustainable change.

02

Is this medical care?

No. Zodwa brings clinical experience and scientific literacy to her coaching, but coaching provides education, reflection, planning, and accountability. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or create a patient-provider relationship.

03

Do I have to complete the assessment first?

The assessment is the recommended starting point because it helps you reflect on what is happening and gives the discovery call useful context. If you already know you want to talk, you may book a call directly.

04

What happens during the discovery call?

It is a relaxed, approximately 30-minute conversation about your priorities, your questions, and whether Zodwa’s coaching approach feels like the right fit. It is not a clinical consultation.

05

What can I expect from the initial consultation?

The 90-minute session creates space to review your broader health story, everyday patterns, current goals, and the areas that deserve attention first. You will leave with a clearer direction for your next step.

06

How do pricing and scheduling work?

Current investment, availability, and scheduling details are shared during the discovery call so you can understand the options before making a decision.

07

What if I need urgent medical help?

Coaching is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact your licensed healthcare provider, call 911, or use the appropriate emergency service in your location.

Your health is allowed to move up the list.
